About the project
We are a product company (not a software house). We build apps that extend the capabilities of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, and Azure DevOps—our products are used by customers worldwide. We are currently accelerating the development of one of our key products and are looking for Full-Stack Developers to join our team (developers, testers, DevOps).
Responsibilities
- Building and developing web applications: Java backend + Angular frontend
- Designing technical solutions: requirements analysis and creating scalable architectures
- Testing and debugging: unit and integration tests, improving quality
- Working in an Agile environment with developers, testers, and DevOps
- Optimizing application performance and adapting it to cloud and on-premises environments
- Maintaining and evolving existing products: adding new features and solving issues
Time split (approx.):
- 70% new features
- 20% maintenance
- 10% bug fixing
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of programming experience
- Min. 1 year in web application backend and min. 1 year in frontend
- Good knowledge of Java (Spring) and TypeScript (Angular + RxJS)
- Database knowledge and ability to write SQL more advanced than
SELECT * ... - Ability to analyze and implement complex business logic (not only CRUD)
- Ability to debug applications in test/production environments
- Spoken English at least at a communicative level
- Strong work ethic and ability to deliver
