The Almarise team offers comprehensive training in Atlassian software, addressed to both system users and system administrators. Available training types include Jira Admin & User courses, Confluence Admin & User courses as well as Cloud and Data Center specific training.

Jira & Jira Service Management

The Jira users training includes four modules, during which participants will learn:

  • What is Jira and how to start working with the system?
  • How to create and manage tasks?
  • How to create and manage projects?
  • How to create clear reports?

The Jira admin training is based on four modules, from which participants will learn:

  • What are the specifics of the system and how to configure it?
  • How to customize security and access options for your organization?
  • How to create and manage projects from the administrative side?
  • How to configure workflow in the Jira system?

Also, we offer training in selected applications available for the Jira system and their configuration. The scope of training in the application should be determined in advance so that the trainer can thoroughly read through the documentation and the possibilities they offer.

Atlassian Confluence

Confluence

Confluence training includes separate courses for system users and its administrators. Participants can learn from them how to:

  • Configure the Confluence system.
  • Create and configure Spaces.
  • Create readable and accessible content.
  • Use macros available in the system.
  • Extend the system using the application.

Dev Tools

Training in development tools is directed at programmers and software testers using Bitbucket, Bamboo, FishEye, and Crucible.

Certification

The training can be completed with a test checking the knowledge of the participants. We issue certificates confirming the acquired knowledge to all participants.
