One of the most advanced SLA management tools in Jira and a new gadget that will revolutionize your Dashboard!

One of the common issues our clients raise is obtaining information about the status of our service, team, or project. Where are the overload, bottlenecks, or problems. Jira, of course, provides us with a range of tools for reporting or reviewing projects. However, they are not based on SLA and often do not meet your needs. So far, SLA Powerbox has also provided reporting in Jira, as well as the SLA Analytics module. But we have decided to go one step further.

As a Manager, Product Owner, or simply a person responsible for the service, you don’t want to waste unnecessary time generating reports. You want your team to work dynamically, agilely, without bottlenecks, in line with Agile principles. When you log in, you want to quickly find out where support is needed, who’s feeling overwhelmed, or which department or application might need some extra attention.

Following this approach, we have decided to create a gadget for SLA Powerbox, which will be similar to one of the most commonly used gadgets in Jira, the “Two dimensional filter statistics”, but based on the statuses of our SLA clocks. This is how the “SLA Two-Dimensional Table” was created, which, based on any field, will display the statuses of our clocks
